[TBC — final Booking Terms & Conditions text to be supplied. The scaffold below covers the usual sections for a UK holiday-letting business and should be reviewed by the client's legal adviser before launch.]
1. Making a booking
Bookings are made directly with Coastal Living. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking summary by email with the practical details — arrival time, keybox code, and a note from the owner where relevant. [TBC]
2. Payment
A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. For stays within eight weeks, the full amount is taken at booking. [TBC — confirm current percentages and timing]
3. Cancellations
Cancellation policy to follow. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation. [TBC]
4. Arrival and departure
Standard arrival is from 4pm on your first day and departure by 10am on your last. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged — ask us. [TBC]
5. Pets
Dogs are welcome at many of our homes — look for the "pet-friendly" filter in the collection. Please let us know in advance how many dogs you'll be bringing. [TBC]
6. Damage and lost property
We ask guests to treat each home as they would their own. Any accidental damage — please let us know so we can put it right. [TBC]
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. [TBC]
