Trust is the biggest thing when you're handing over a home that matters to you. Owners want to know their property is being looked after properly — by someone who will tell them if something needs attention, rather than wait for a problem to arise.
Coastal Living is deliberately small. We work with a hand-picked set of South Devon homes rather than trying to be the biggest agency in the area. That's a conscious choice — it lets us give each home the attention it deserves.

Housekeeping, laundry, keys, meet-and-greet where helpful — and someone local who'll flag issues before you need to ask.
Who we work with
We'd love to hear about your home if it has something special.
We're always open to adding carefully-chosen properties to the collection — particularly those with sea views, proximity to the coast, interesting architecture, character, beautiful interiors or an exceptional garden or location.
Our focus is the South Hams and the broader South Devon coastline, with room to expand into complementary areas as the collection grows. We'd rather have the right properties than simply increase the number of listings.
